Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your Velmora AI account and what happens to your data when you do.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account

Open the Velmora App
Launch the Velmora AI app on your iOS or Android device.

Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon or go to Settings from the main menu.

Select "Account"
Scroll down and tap on Account to view your account options.

Tap "Delete Account"
Select Delete Account at the bottom of the account settings page.

Confirm Deletion
Read the confirmation message and tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
What Data Is Deleted

| Google Account Info (name, email) | Permanently deleted from our Firebase database | Deleted |
| Profile & Preferences | All settings, preferences, and profile data are removed | Deleted |
| Conversation History | All AI conversations and chat history are permanently deleted | Deleted |
| Subscription Data | Your subscription record is removed. Manage billing through App Store / Google Play. | Deleted |
| Usage Analytics | Anonymized/aggregated analytics may be retained for product improvement purposes but cannot be linked to you | Anonymized |
Retention period: Upon requesting account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
