Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Velmora AI mobile application, operated by Velmora AI. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years old to use Velmora AI. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 12 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a user under 12.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others and to notify us immediately at support@velmora-ai.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. Velmora AI is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3. Description of Services
Velmora AI provides the following features:
- Marital Games: Interactive games designed for couples, featuring prompts and sentences stored on Firebase.
- Kegel Exercises: A guided exercise program with progress tracking, stored on Firebase.
- AI Relationship Coach Chat: A conversational AI feature for relationship and intimacy guidance. All conversations are stored on Firebase.
The App's content is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The AI coach is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Its responses are informational and for guidance purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Velmora AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- All subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in-app before purchase and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated in-app. Unused trial days are forfeited upon upgrading to a paid plan. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
5. Fair Use Policy for AI Chat
The AI relationship coach is a shared resource. To ensure quality and availability for all users, the following fair use policy applies:
5.1 Message Limits
- Free users: Limited to a set number of AI chat messages per day, as specified in-app.
- Subscribed users: Access to a generous daily message allowance as part of their plan. Exact limits are displayed within the App.
5.2 Permitted Use
The AI chat is intended solely for relationship guidance, intimacy advice, and app-related interactions. You agree to use the chat feature in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose.
5.3 Prohibited Use of AI Chat
You may not use the AI chat to:
- Generate, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract the underlying AI model or its system instructions.
- Impersonate another person or submit false or misleading information.
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to send messages at scale.
- Use the chat for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Violation of this Fair Use Policy may result in temporary suspension of chat access, permanent account termination, or legal action where applicable.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
When using Velmora AI, you agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Upload, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or obscene.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers.
- Collect or harvest other users' data without authorization.
- Use the App in a way that could damage its reputation or operation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within Velmora AI — including AI models, game content, exercise programs, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Velmora AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for its intended personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Velmora AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be available at all times or free from errors or bugs.
- The AI coach's responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
- Results from the Kegel exercise program will meet your expectations.
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velmora AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, emotional distress, or relationship outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the App and all associated data will be removed. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velmora AI is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
